Abide in Christ’s Love Through His Word and Grace

“Father, I have made You known to them, and will continue to make You known in order that the love You have for Me may be in them and that I Myself may be in them,” John 17:25. “For I no longer call them servants who don’t know what their master is doing. I have told them everything You told Me, Father, and now I call them friends,” John 15;15 ERV.

“My Word Who goes out from Me will not return to Me empty. He will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent Him. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace,” Isaiah 55:11-12.

“I honor My Father. I have no desire to glorify Myself. My Father is going to glorify Me, this is what He wants for Me and will judge those who dishonor and reject Me. With all earnestness I tell you this: Anyone who obeys God’s Word they shall never see death!” John 8:49-51 TLB.

“I tell you these things so you can have the same joy I have, and your joy will overflow. If you remain in Me and follow My teachings, you can ask anything you want, and it will be given you. For I am the Vine, and you are the branches that should produce much fruit to show you are My followers, which brings glory to My Father.”

“Just as I can do nothing from Myself.” John 5:30, “Without God’s Word you can do nothing. I have given you this work: Go and produce fruit that will last. For then the Father will give you what you ask for in My name since I love you as My Father loves Me. I have obeyed My Father’s commands and remain in His love. In the same way, if you obey My commands you will remain in My love.”

“Love each other!” (John 15:5-17 NCV).

Love is patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love does not hold grudges, is not irritable or touchy. Love does not hold on to an offense. Love is never happy about injustice; instead, Love rejoices when Truth wins out.

“If you love Me, you will be loyal to Me no matter what the cost. You will always believe and trust God and His Word. Always believing! Always hopeful! Always faithful and enduring! Love never fails! Love goes on forever” 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 TLB.

GOD IS LOVE! 1 John 4:8.

Whoever does not love does not know God! For this is how God showed His love: He sent His one and only Son so we might live through Him. This is LOVE: Not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Since God so loves us, we also ought to honor Him and love – appreciate, like, enjoy, respect, value and regard – one another (1 John 4:8-11).

There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life, to die to selfishness, self-absorption, complacency, superiority, pretense…for our friends (John 15:13). For the Kingdom of God is a matter of righteousness, peace and joy in Holy Spirit. Anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men (Romans 14:17-18).

“They will say of Me, ‘In the Lord alone are righteousness and strength,’ Isaiah 45:24. “If anyone loves Me, they will obey My teaching. My Father will love them, and We will come to them and make Our home with them,” John 14:23. “Father, here am I, and the children You have given Me because I put My trust in You!” Hebrews 2:13

Lord, stretch out Your hand to heal
And perform miraculous signs and wonders
