Unveiling God’s Wisdom, Confronting Deception, Embracing Faith.

What no eye has seen, and no ear has heard, and has
Not entered into heart of man, what God has prepared for
Those loving Him. God reveals it to us through the Spirit.
For the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.
1 Corinthians 2 9-10 BLB

There’s a song by Danny Gokey and Karyn Hawthorne that sums it perfectly “We All Need Jesus.” Opinions, feelings, beliefs, age, education… none of this makes a difference since deception has an uncanny way of tainting our perceptions. And of course, if we knew the what or when or how we’ve been deceived, then it wouldn’t be deception.

With this in mind, we can better understand how such things as pride and deception and disbelief can prevent us from possessing what is essential –

“IN-TO-ME-SEE” knowledge of God!

Let’s consider Job’s plea…”Oh, let me be weighed in a just balance and let God weigh me, that He may know my integrity!” Job 33:6. A prideful stance? For sure! But how could one ignore the fact that after all he had been forced to endure Job remained more concerned with how God viewed him rather than what people thought. What faith!

Now before upset occurs with my prideful stance remark, Job was standing on a solid foundation that faith and hope and love can provide when we become entwined with the Message of the Word of Truth. Job didn’t just talk about the Word of Truth he lived a Psalm 31 life. He committed his life – body, soul and spirit – into the hands of the Lord. He honored the Lord as the God of Truth. He did his best to let his life proclaim, You are my refuge, O Lord!

You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who Were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ!
