Born Again: Journeying with the Spirit and the Living Word

Divine Invitation: Exploring the Mysterious Winds of the Spirit

Reflecting on the enigmatic nature of the Spirit, as depicted in John 3:8. Pondering the path towards understanding God’s direction and love.

Embracing the Hand of God: Finding Sustenance in His Word

Delving into Psalm 89:21 and recognizing the sustaining power of God’s hand. Considering how belief in God’s providence shapes our journey.

Jesus was the first to speak the greatest reason to share our faith, “For God so loved the world, He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life,” John 3:16.

Sounds great doesn’t it? But, what doesn’t sound so great to some, “You must be born again.” I’ve evangelized with others, and witnessed people walk away at this thought. These words first spoken by the Lord, Who over and over assured, “I tell you the truth!”

Yes, God so loved the world! People! People born to enjoy life through the waters of amniotic fluid. However, we are regenerated (born again), not from a mortal origin (seed, sperm), but from One that is immortal by the ever living and lasting Word of God (1 Peter 1:23). That seed that is Word of God (Luke 8:11).

Yes God chose to give us birth through the Word of Truth (James 1:18). To sanctify our soul by the Truth; His Word is Truth! (John 17:17).

To enjoy the heavenly life God bestows, a person must be birthed through living water (John 4:10). The Apostles had said to the Lord, “Increase our faith: The trust and confidence that spring from our belief in God (Luke 17:5).

How I pray everyone would ask the same of the Lord, Who said, “If only you had faith and trust and confidence in God…” Luke 17:6. Because, “If you believe, all things are possible to you who believe,” Mark 9:23. So partake of God’s Word, for faith comes from hearing the Message, and the Message is heard through the Word, God’s Christ, His Anointed One, our Messiah (Romans 10:17). The River of Life flows from the throne of God and of the Lamb (Revelation 22:1).

He who was seated on the throne said,
“I am making everything new!”
Then He said, “Write this down, for these words are
Trustworthy and true.”

“It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega,
The Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty
I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the Water of Life.
He who overcomes will inherit all this,
And I will be his God and he will be my son.
Revelation 21:5-8
